Meet Catherine
Catherine is a Liscenced Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT™). She holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University.
With over eight years of counseling experience, Catherine began her career at Daystar Counseling Ministries, where she helped clients enhance regulation skills, overcome anxiety and depression, boost self-confidence and develop social skills. She also lived in London with her husband, working at a therapeutic preschool.
Three years ago, she opened her private practice and loves serving Nashville families! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and cooking. Above all, her most cherished role is being a mom to her young daughter!
